Procedure for Applying Import Permit

1. Your lab is on the list of Fly Labs Approved by BAPHIQ.   (How to become an approved lab?)

2. Ask your institute to issue an official letter to (BAPHIQ) along with the following documents and information,
-Application for Import Permit（Application form/ sample）
-Post-entry quarantine plan; including address and safety features of isolation site for post-entry quarantine（sample）
-Related experimental, research, educational or exhibitive projects; with information of the duration. Intentions of utilization approved articles or its derivatives shall be stated in the project.

3. An import permit shall be issued to you after the central competent authority approves the application for importation.
You can now import fly from Foriegn Institutes Approved by BAPHIQ for Importing Labtory Fly.
